Description

Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their Investment Managment team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Investment Management team.

As an Investment Management Administrator your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of meeting packs

• Checking the Daily Reports including standing order checks and payments/receipts/debits)

• Administration of prospective client paperwork

• General administration for client portfolios

• Dealing with client and IFA queries over the phone and by email

• Ad hoc project work

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferable

• Ability to work at pace and deliver against established individual and team targets

• Propensity to work well within teams, collaborating with colleagues to ensure best outcomes for internal and external clients

• Excellent attention to detail

• Effective communicator in person and in writing

• Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint
